Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Easy18, we aim to provide fast and reliable grocery delivery. Due to the nature of perishable goods, our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are confirmed or packed.
- Once an order is packed or dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
- You can cancel eligible orders directly from the app or by contacting our support team.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Incorrect items delivered
- Damaged or spoiled products
- Missing items in the order
- Order cancelled successfully before packing
Non-Refundable Cases
- Orders cancelled after dispatch
- Delay caused due to incorrect delivery address provided by the user
- Change of mind after delivery
- Products marked as non-returnable
Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are processed through the original payment method used at checkout (UPI, card, wallet, etc.).
